TDRO-900A Dielectric Resonator Oscillator
The TDRO-900A is an instrument-grade 9.0 GHz oscillator that uses the high-Q property of a dielectric resonator to tightly control the frequency of oscillation. The TDRO-900A offers:
- ± 2.5 MHz of Electrical Tuning Range around 9 GHz Center Frequency
- Low SSB Phase Noise: -110 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz Offset
- High Output Power: +10 dBm
With phase noise performance of -114 dBc/Hz, the dielectric resonator oscillator module is well-suited for systems that require excellent dynamic range. Fine-tuning and electrical adjustment of ± 2.5 MHz around 9 GHz is also available for phase-locked-loop applications that require higher precision.
Typical applications include high-performance transmitter and receiver systems, synthesizer systems and general purpose lab usage. The TDRO-900A is also suitable for the harsh operating conditions of military and aerospace applications, as all modules are screened to MIL-STD-883.

TSFB-900A Switched Filter Bank
The TSFB-900A is an instrument-grade, nine-channel switched filter bank module that operates
from 8-22 GHz and delivers the following performance:
- Tunable frequency range: 8-22 GHz
- Nine bands with 1.5-2.0 GHz bandwidth
- ≥ 80 dBc Rejection to 50 GHz
The TSFB-900A is an ideal fit for high-performance receiver systems that require low-loss passbands and suppression of out-of-band signals. The switched filter bank module can also be used in wide-tuning transmitters where output filtering is desired to remove harmonics. In addition, the module is screened to MIL-STD-883, making it suitable for operation in military and aerospace applications.
